CLIENT
HSR, LLC (a strategic partner of Argonaut Company is the managing member of the LLC)

SCOPE
Act as developer of project including land purchase, due diligence, financial feasibility, equity and debt financing, project design, entitlements, and completion of phase one infrastructure plans

RESULT
Land purchased, equity and debt financing obtained, entitlements and phase one infrastructure design completed

VALENCIA, CA: Town Center Master Plan

CLIENT
Newhall Land, an affiliate of Lennar Corporation (as an employee of Newhall Land)

SCOPE
Act as the owner’s project manager in preparation of the master plan

RESULT
The master plan became the conceptual basis for land use actions allowing the construction of a regional retail center, traditional main street, and mixed use residential and employment for the first new urbanist town center completed in California

Bruce Woodbury Las Vegas Beltway: Summerlin Segment

CLIENT
The Howard Hughes Corporation (as an employee of Howard Hughes)

SCOPE
Act as Howard Hughes project manager to direct the consultant team and reach consensus on project design with Clark County, negotiate right of way agreements

RESULT
Enabled completion of an eight-mile segment of the Beltway through Summerlin, resulting in reduced noise and visual impacts, saving millions of dollars in construction expense while providing a regional trail corridor and optimal access to Summerlin.

LAS VEGAS, NV

CLIENT
The Howard Hughes Corporation (as an employee of Howard Hughes)

SCOPE
Act as the owner’s project manager, direct consultants, provide liaison with municipal and regional agencies, obtain agency approval and facilitate incorporation of the Summerlin Transportation Plan into the regional transportation plan

RESULT
Largest private transportation plan in Nevada approved by local and regional agencies, mitigation measures resolved with Clark County and City of Las Vegas for Summerlin South and Summerlin West, transportation plan used for air quality conformity finding and incorporated into the regional transportation plan
