SCOPE

Act as the owner’s planning and design director in preparation of design criteria used for approximately 20 merchant builder residential subdivisions in Summerlin Centre East

RESULT

The document introduced evolutionary changes in Summerlin including pocket parks associated with neighborhood entrances, requirements for “architecture forward” such as usable front porches and recessed garages and landscaped panels on residential streets
