Act as the owner’s planning and design director to update the community monument and gateway program for Summerlin to facilitate opening of new submarkets
RESULT
Developed a hierarchy of community monumentation and locations to facilitate marketing of two sub markets in Summerlin including a gateway on the new beltway. The program supported a sales velocity reaching 3200 homes a year.
